Great view, clean rooms, nice staff, good breakfast buffet.

Breakfast teardown started 10 min early to be shut down at the ending time. Also the spa services were a bit pricy so didn't use. 10 min sauna was a 1 hr rental for $25

Only if you like the all inclusive vibe

The room was comfortable, the staff were nice, there was a relaxing pool and a pool big enough to go swimming and in a few steps you were on the beach where the hotel had its private area

The feeling of the hotel in total is just not our cup of tea. It is only catered to all inclusive guests with the tacky plastic armbands and endless announcements at the pool what kind of activities for adults they will soon have. The breakfast was huge but was quantity over quality. So many tasteless cheese options you can dream of. This is a hotel for people who want to sunbathe and dont worry about me where they will get their next meal. They say that you are not allowed to block sunbeds with towels but did not enforce it even though most people did it. There is not really something wrong with this hotel, in my opinion it doesn't deserve 5 stars though and just isn't how I like to travel.

enjoyable stay

Excelent food and variety of meals (HB option). Sufficient number of sunbeds on the beach. Well-kept garden and surroundings. Several swimmingpools. Helpful and smiling staff.

There was no color in our room and it looked quite dreary compared to the photos. Simple equipment, rather like in a lower standard hotel.

Hotel fine, but needs some improvements

Nice view from apartment; close to town and restaurants; friendly staff

Pool not suitable for corpulent people and difficult entrance/exit. The breakfast was mostly fine, but the scrambled eggs tasted awful and it was surprising that omelettes are not available each day. Moreover, dinner a la carte is not available and a pricy buffet (30,-) must be bought instead. Fortunately, external restaurants are nearby to serve light dinner a la carte.

very polite staff , always smiling , ready to help whenever we asked anything and accomodate peoples wishes. Nice variety @ breakfast . Super clean room . Highly recommended and well worth the money we spent.

Only minor drawback was moving matresses during sleep or intense hugging !=D Nothing else comes to mind .

Superb

Excellent location - easy walking distance to Sitia Town. Very friendly staff, always willing to assist with any enquiries. Breakfast was superb. Many fun activities to enjoy at the pool.

Two lifts were in operation, but one regularly broke down. Additional lighting required when using the stairs at night time.
