Disappointing

For the price of the room they didn't even provide basic amenities. there was no dustbin in the room,also no refrigerator The electric kettle was not working which was replaced though .

Decent Stay

Property Location is near to Bhilai, so prefer it accordingly. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hospitality is good. Rooms are good. However, some maintenance is required in few rooms. The restaurant serve multi-cuisine food and is good in taste. Overall it's a decent stay.

Entry of the hotel is quite congested and is difficult to drive in from the adjacent road. In addition, the slope is also steep so to maintain and control the speed and steering is a bit tricky and is not for the new driver.

Room was small, on arrival no one welcome us, delay in check in process, took money before showing the room and when we ask them that we didn't like the room please check out and refund they completely denied for the refund.
