Superb

Hotel rooms are clean, hygiene maintained, spacious. Staff was helpful.

Pool time is very limited due to night restaurant hence would love to have pool separate from hotel. Plus hotel location is bit off from main road.

Location and room

Staff calling on room phone to sell spa package and disturbing by calling again. After few hours of I checked in staff knocked door to put toilet roll. I felt disturb during my relaxing time.

Superb

I have stayed at Hyatt as well, however found Sayaji better. The food and room size is better here. The facilities are nice and well kept.

The reception and restaurant staff needs training on basic customer handling. Some of the staff are hampered by language barriers. I liked the staff efficiency in Hyatt and were always ready to help.
