Positives: Property is beautiful and well maintained. Food is good. Restaurant service is excellent. Shiv and Ram were our servers during our stay and they were extremely courteous and helpful.

Negatives: We were greeted by the on duty manager Mr. Bhargav. The room he gave us was in the extreme corner of the hotel. We requested a better option since we were the only guests in the hotel for the entire duration of our stay there. They had 148 vacant rooms. The manager did not pay any attention to our request which was basically ignored. When we returned to the hotel at night the hallways leading to our room were completely dark and we had to move using mobile torch! Then had to request reception to turn on the lights. For 16-17k per night you can get much better service and multiple other options. We came off with the impression that unless you are a celebrity of some sort the hotel is not very interested in providing their best services and you will get very basic facilities for a significant cost of close to 20k per night. For a family stay, recommend that you look for other options.
