Wont ever come back

Close to my offices

My room. Stayed here before and did not enjoy my stay but due to location thought Id give it another try. Should have known better. My heater in my room was broken only blowing cold air. My room was freezing. Only solution was the smallest space heater on the second night. No offer to put me in another room. My room was still freezing I slept in sweats and my jacket! It was snowing when I woke up to say how cold it was at my visit. My bath tub would fill to the top every time I showered due to it not draining. None of the staff really seemed to care, basically oh well sucks to be you. The picture I posted was about 30 min after my shower and it was still full.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even as busy as they were everyone was very hospitable

The BED. Most uncomfortable bed Ive slept on in ages. So hard. Put some padding on those things!

Very good

We had a lovely stay that was what we anticipated and our needs were met.

I liked the atmosphere and the location relative to the activities we participated in. I liked that we were able to have our grandchildren come and swim with us in the pool. The water was a little too cold, but kids are used to freezing when they go to swimming pools. They just like to swim and play and that is what we did. The staff was really accommodating, cheerful, and friendly.

I was disappointed that the hot tub/jacuzzi was filled in and not operational. There wasn't enough handicapped parking.

Very enjoyable stay

I enjoyed the room and how nice it was. The location of the hotel was perfect and the price we paid was reasonable. We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

We had to ask for extra towels and face clothes because there was only one set in the room, but other than that no issues.
