Very nice hotel but no free wifi or breakfast.
The location was very good, near malls, restaurants, etc. Everything was neat and clean and well maintained.
For the price, compared to other accommodations in the area, it lacked a rew important things. No breakfast, free wifi was not provided (only for Bonvoy members). No AAA discounts unless requested at time of booking and we booked on the road. No offer to explain the Marriott Bonvoy membership or offer to join.

Lack of professionalism and willingness to help from the front desk staff.
Location only.
Unfriendly front desk staff that didnt want to help and double charged us for the booking even though I already paid via Bookings. They didnt understand the concept of digital card so decided to charge me again. Had to spent long time to have this rectified. Very unprofessional staff.

I loved the young man at the desk... It was my son's birthday and he made my son feel so good that day! OMG... I can't remember his name... He was the highlight of the stay... thank u for awesome workers like him...

the Manager who checks me in as a big time rude he had no customer skills and was rude as heck, i would never recommend that place,
the manager was rude had no customer services and he was rude as heck.
