    Nice, and very well located.
    The location is good and close to the revolution monument. Restaurants and places to see are close by. Parking is very simple (except when there is an event on reforma and they close the street)
    The only thing, even though it's not the hotels fault, is that the city closes the street when there are events, making it very difficult or sometimes impossible to access the parking garage. Like I said before, I've stayed here before several times, and if I've ever had an issue, they resolve it rather quickly.

    Great hotel for Dia de los muertos and I love Mexico City!
    I had very enjoyable 2 days staying at Sevilla Palace. I enjoyed the rooftop pool and hot tub. As well as the city views.

    Breakfast was great and I loved the ambiance in your hotel. Everyone very friendly and accommodating. Very pleasant trip all around.

    Location, yes. Tired and old, yes. Would I return, probably not.
    Good spot. Great view from the pool roof.
    Rude check in with a woman with chronic RBF. Was tired and needs updating to maintain it 4* exy for what it was. Water brown from the tap. Noisy street below.

    Location is great
    "city view" room has a view to an inside courtyard, so basically you look at walls. The room floor was heavily slanted, it even made me dizzy at first. Staff was generally unhelpful. To add insult to injury, the Valet scratched, somehow, the a pillar of my car, unfortunately I only noticed later so couldn't claim anything.
