highly recommend-very clean comfortable in a traditional setting with awesome local staff and treats

Staff were super helpful with our travel itineraries, calling facilities to help with our plans and assisting in making new plans while staying at the Guesthouse, The breakfast featured local fruits and dishes - excellent and they even provided complimentary local fruit and snacks each day as well as complimentary cold drinks. Espresso in the AM was superb. Cannot say enough- our stay ( myself and husband) was excellent.

Highly recommend 10 out of 10

Felt like a very personalized and exclusive experience. The staff were amazing, personable and kind. The rooms were sumptuously decorated. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was perfect and the welcome towel was really nice after a long journey.

Didnt get to stay long enough!

My room Bangkok had doors that didnt really lock. you can open them just by pulling. I personally didnt mind but i think others would from a security perspective.

Very good

The staff is really friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious and have good AC, they also have the net for mosquitos which is really needed. Breakfast was very tasty.

The showers are ok but not great in both rooms. There were a few misunderstandings due to the language (the last one cost us some money and time) they were really sorry and nice about it, but would recommend to use Google translator to be sure about it.

Authentic Chiang Mai

This guesthouse is so charming and such a lucky find. The owners are super welcoming and generous and provide you with lots of local suggestions. I found the location to be perfect - right in between both Nimman and the old city yet super quiet with plenty of restaurants around it. Im a seasoned visitor of Chiang Mai and would highly recommend this place to new travelers to the area. It will give you an authentic taste of what Chiang Mai is all about. Beautiful design, comfort, food and hospitality.

I thought there would be a bath in my room but there wasnt. As all the rooms are unique and all photos displayed together, ask first to be sure!

I liked the location and the atmosphere and the staff

I head the room up the stairs on the right with the covered veranda - but there were men working on another building right thru the wall. I think if my room light was on that they would be able to see in. It didnt feel very private. Please dont serve bread with breakfast, or change it - because it always smelled and tasted old.
