Staff and owners behavior is very rude our driver has asked them to provide towel and they have ctrated a big scene for this. They are not treating drivers like humans, no basic facilities provided. Because we asked for towel and advised them to provide basic facilities for drivers, they got offended. During check out all of their staff were there and their staff only put our laguage in our car. We left informing them about the check out and they said all ok you can check out. During breakfast time, we've asked them whether they provide coffee and tea, they said yes and sent 2 coffee and milk for my kids. When I left the properties owner called me and started using abusive language stating I ran away without paying the bill for that coffee and milk. I tried to explain him stating no one has informed us about this during check out, and we thought we'll get coffee and milk as we had complementary breakfast included in the package. The bill was 160rs and he made a big scene shouting on call. I was driving the car at that moment, and I informed their staff will make the payment in sometime as I was driving at that time. The bill I paid for this room is 6550rs and he says we ran away for this small 160rs. Our experience during the stay was good, but this entire episode has changed our experience about the staff and owner. We didn't even got any bill when they served coffee, so we got confused about the charges. I'll leave it to the owners discretion on how he behaved with the guest for this 160rs.
