It is not a hotel as you would expect. Rooms are all on the first floor along a very long corridor.

Location is great, the room I got was bigger than expected (with kitchen in front of the bed and was not expected). Shower was bigger than expected and if fact it was designed for 2 people.
Noise from people walking by at the corridor, lights that could be seen from corridor even with closed door, it was not greatly clean.

Comfortable hotel, great staff, would stay there again.
Excellent staff, pleasant, very helpful and informative. Close to restaurants, supermarkets and shops.
Bathroom walls were made out of glass, although darkened you could still see through it into the bedroom. Very strange set up indeed.

Superb stay. Amazing staff.
Modern hotel in a very convienient location. The room was spacious, comfortable and perfectly clean with good facilities. Good breakfast. Very kind, helpful and friendly staff. Excellent service and willing to go above and beyond to help.
I would recommend a stay here and hope to visit again.

Breakfast, family room, reception and breakfast staff
There was a mess with cleaning. Despite do not disturb sign cleaning team entered the room (we were out of the hotel and room (and we) was not prepared for that, at all). Receptionist told that there was a wind that day which might blow off the sign.
I hope all documents and cards will be safe and I do not need to change them.

Was acceptable for the price, but would not book again.
Good, central location, near lots of museums and the central park (the old river). Was easy to reach most of the city, either by bus or by foot. Lots of restaurants and bakeries nearby, which compensated for the hotel offerings.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience much better - thanks!
The room was sold as "family room". After extending the sofa bed, there was practically no space left in the room. For a 2 people, this would have been OK, but for a family, absolutely not. I wish I'd paid more attention to the room size, and not rely on the description only.
Additionally, I don't understand how this is a 4-star hotel. No gym, breakfast was very minimalist (no buffet, choose between 4-5 types of toast, that's it). I'd say this is a 3 star hotel.
