Great position, but hotel needs big improvement

The location was great. Stuff was very kind and helpful. We get an upgrade from the reception staff. The room was clean. Great bar in the hotel.

The sound from the corridor is like you are in the corridor. There is no privacy at all in the room. There are some smells from the corridor and we didn't know from where.

Gorgeous central hotel, wonderful staff, lovely touches

Absolutely gorgeous property. Great comms from the start. Lovely welcome and coffee and water on arrival. Staff took our bags and gave us an amazing route to explore and then messaged when our room was ready. Gorgeously styled rooms, chocolate on pillow and comfy beds plus spa access and welcome drinks. Staff couldnt have been more accommodating and friendly. Cafe attached lovely. Christmas decorations gorgeous. 10/10 would recommend.

great location, the staff is friendly and they try to make you feel welcomed: a small (350ml) bottle of wine, an hour at the spa of another hotel, one free drink at the hotel bar. Great stay, nice room.
