Service personnel very friendly but some quite forgetful . Nice setting. Breakfast good but Main Bfst. Area in a Bunker. Was missing Open Caribbean dining experience. Food for dinner and lunch was mixed and overall disappointing.
Only privileged guests had access to open air Breakfast, service very good but quality of food and presentation ind specialty restaurants inconsistent and in our opinion below expectations for price. It may be tough for high end places like this to duplicate the quality food experience of luxury cruise lines. We would recommend Secrets for younger couples for romantic experience. For us in the 70ies not the ideal vacation place and 5 days enough. 10 days was too long.

Fabulous place. Very expensive and perfect stay if you are OK being in a 100% tourist location and away from locals.
It was very expensive...esopecially for 2 weeks. If we stayed again, we'd probably do 1 week.

The only thing I experienced I didnt care for was my air condition didnt work at night for the first 2 nights. But Last night it worked. I would recommend to make it more ADA friendly as some areas required going up and down several steps.

Everything was perfect at this resort. My only regret was that we did not stay longer!
The property was beautiful. It was well kept. There were several pools to choose from as well as walk out access to the ocean. On the beach there were plenty of lounge chairs and large couch/bed type structures to rest and relax on.
I really can not say one bad thing about this property. I enjoyed my stay from the beginning til the end.

The pool, rooms and the property were stunning. We were so comfortable and relaxed for the week!
Drinks were watered down, the beach had a lot of seaweed, room service food was poor quality. For being a five star resort, I thought there would be better quality food.
