Superb

Cozy, comfortable and welcoming. I love the fact that I was able to be near the ocean and watch the sunrise and sunset.

Great location, great views, minutes away from Capitola village. Caught the sunrise and the sunset. The property was big enough for an early morning sunrise views.

Overpriced old Motel 6.

Horrible, Motel 6 is much better, this is not a resort and not a 4 star hotel, its a overpriced condo in a public park with no service.

We hope to visit again soon.

I loved hearing the ocean while going to sleep and waking up. We are not so young anymore, so it was great to get golf cart rides to and from the beach. We charged ourTesla vehicles in the resort garage overnight so we had more time for outings to Elkhorn Slough and 17 mile drive. We watched dolphins feeding from the cliff walk. We enjoyed the food at Sanderlings.

Too many yellow-jackets invaded our dinner on the outdoor patio.

still a good place , with pool being clean and close to our rooms and the ride to the beach was nice to have. the bonfir

close to beach and has shuttle if i dont feel like walking to it

rented 2 villas. one of the villa's the sofa beds didnt have clean sheets abd there wasn't enough bath and pool towels for 6 people

price was pretty high for the room we had to switch to due to the fact our villa with ocean view was not wheelchair accessible maybe make the facility more convenient and more info for us ADA customers
