Loved the closeness to the northside of the Bay. House just right size for 5. Opened skylights and windows for nice cool breeze on certain nights House stocked with tools in downstairs closet in bedroom. House very clean,Beds firm but comfortable. Very quite area and very friendly neighborhood

During a quite hot day, needed to use AC upstairs Had issues with unit in Master Bedroom We would set it to 68 it would go up to 86 and shutoff. I think the panel on the front of machine is worn. Could not change settings on machine Had to use remote, then settings as stated above changed all by themselves. Read the book in kitchen cabinet above fridge. When 1st turned on it is factory set to 75. Leaving the settings alone we shall see if it runs ok tonight Could use AC in bottom bedroom as not the greatest airflow We put our window fan in window by the bed Works best when temp at night falls into the 60's Tips for traveling last weeks of July into August (Lots of green headed flys at the beach area when tide goes out) take some deep woods off with you!
