The breakfast options are basi (Read More)c but the hotel is good value for the price. The parking lot is well lit, although larger trucks sometimes take up multiple spots. The hotel appears new and well-maintained. Guests appreciate the friendly staff, cleanliness, and security measures such as cameras and presence of staff. There are also positive remarks about the nearby Valero and the friendly pilot car drivers in the area.

    Staff was friendly and helpful .
    The hotel was convenient to going to Galveston. The price was good.
    Hotel advertised complimentary breakfast.....there was none. Not enough parking spaces. No good restaurants close by.

    Great value, clean rooms
    Extremely fast check in and no incidental charge like all the other hotels that steal your money. The front desk guy is super coil and courteous. He is very fast and informative. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would recommend to all!
    Parking is hard to find.

    We had reserved a wheelchair friendly room. This was not available. The hotel told us they had not received any request for a wheelchair friendly room from BOOKING.COM. We did not stay at the hotel. We booked into a nearby hotel. We expect a refund from BOOKING.COM.
