The Scandic Frankfurt Hafenpark offers good value for the money with comfortable, quiet rooms. There were issues with the windows in some rooms, but the staff was helpful in rectifying the problem. T (Read More)he hotel has a fast elevator, a good gym, and a delicious breakfast. The front desk staff is friendly, but the bar staff and restaurant service need improvement. The meeting spaces and WiFi were outstanding for a group event. Overall, it is a pleasant place to stay with great amenities and helpful staff.

Amazing breakfast on convenient location

Close to both city centre and highway. Breakfast was fantastic. By far the most varied breakfast options we have had. One should stay for more days to try them all out. The room was nice and kids loved the bunk beds.

Daily parking ticket is quite expensive.

Mediocre

A malfunctioning airconditioning resulted in no sleeping during the first night. We switched to another room next morning, after notifying a staff member at the check in desk. However, after asking for a complaint or refund form for the first night, the staff member looked quite confused, like it was something completely out of the ordinary. This lack of hospitality by the staff and compensation for not delivering the (by law) promised service, played a significant role in the grading of my stay at Scandic Frankfurt. This was not my first time staying in a Scandic hotel, which was always pleasant and nice in the past. I stayed at several Scandic hotels in Sweden which were in terms of staff performance in another world. As a consequence, I would reconsider Scandic as my preferred hotel when staying in specific cities.

great new hotel with a clean design and perfect connection to Frankfurt city centre

sadly the gym and spa is too small for the size of the hotel and thats why it was really busy also the room was a little bit dusty what was a big surprise for such a new hotelroom

Was a nice hotel but need to work on cleanliness

Location was fine, hotel looked really nice. Friendly staff. Rooms were nice.

Originally given the wrong room number - not a major. Spot of blood on bathroom floor and hair on the pillow and in the bed. Im sure they would have happily resolved this had I said something, but was so tired from 2 days of travel that I just let it be.

This nicely-appointed hotel is well-located and offers many great amenities including comfort.

The breakfast was outstanding. I'd never seen so many choices, which was great. Honestly, it was challenging to find healthy food in Frankfurt, so breakfast was one place I knew I'd be able to get some fresh, healthy choices. The bed was also incredibly comfortable, and the view was great. My son loved that there was a gym to work out in every morning. I also liked that there were numerous places to charge our devices. I really appreciated that the staff allowed us to eat our take food in the downstairs restaurant area. They didn't have to do that, but they were so kind to grant us the ability to do that.

My son and I could not connect our Netflix accounts to the in-room television, no matter how hard we tried every day. We followed the directions, but a connection could never be established. Also, our bathroom had an empty shower gel container, and when I asked the front desk person for some, I was told that the shampoo and the shower gel soap are the same thing, which is strange. The room had a lot of places to sit, but having a small desk would have been beneficial, especially if you needed to get some work done, which we needed to do. Finally, there were a couple of times when my son or I were in the room in the early afternoon, and the door opened with someone wanting to refresh the mini-bar, which we hadn't requested. It was strange to have someone enter the room unexpectedly, and because our room (625) has the bed so far away from the front door, you may not necessarily hear someone knocking. We learned to lock it from the inside, but we weren't expecting that.

Very good

Beautiful, stylish room with a wonderful view. Excellent breakfasts.

I paid for breakfast at 9:40, when it was already gone and most of the food had already been taken away. It's a pity that I wasn't warned in advance, I would have had breakfast elsewhere.
