Perfect essentials, lower quality amenities.

The hotel was new and modern, and if you are familiar with using Meli's online check-in and check-out system, you can quickly move without waiting in a long line at the front desk. The staff was helpful and the beds were comfortable. The location is easy to get to and near many landmarks.

I was incorrectly double charged by Meli even though I paid for the room via Booking.com. The lines at the front desk were very long and moved slowly. The WiFi requires a log-in, but the log-in page did not work and it was impossible to sign up for the necessary Meli Rewards account. The hot water was very inconsistent in temperature and pressure, although never cold.

Very nice and comfortable room with modern design and a selection of pillows. Quiet and with good connection to the city.

The check-in experience was terrible with a self-check in option that was difficult to navigate and didnt work in the end at all.

Excellent and recommendable

everything is perfect

price is a bit high, and we could not reserve a table in the restaurant as it was fully booked, but of course this is justified due to the first day of the new year 2024.
