Vacay in Frankfurt Germany

It was cozy and comfortable, loved the sauna and swimming pool. Staff were polite with smiling faces, and assisted whenever I needed something.

There was a waitress in the restaurant that I didn't like, she had on a fake smile, and somehow seemed bothered especially if we needed hot chocolate. My husband and I went there the restaurant was still opened, she told us we weren't able to order hot chocolate because she cleaned the machine already . Even when having dinner it was like a bother to ask her for anything.

A family trip to Frankfurt. Location of hotel is excellent. Breakfast is ok, But room are old but nothing amazing

Location is excellent

Room Old style, need to be renovated, long wait to check in about 40 mins queuing. No slippers and bathrobe

The staff. I changed my four-day stay to just one night. They told me they would refund me. But it never happened, and no one accepted the responsibility. Also the food in the restaurant was terrible.

The location, breakfast, lobby.

There is no water mixer in the bathroom, still old-fashioned way, rooms need to be updated regarding beds, tables and chairs, energy saving lights etc.

With regards to our recent stay we have never been so disappointed or rudely treated as we were earlier this week. We were a group of ten ( two bookings of five), we occupied rooms 104, 106, 121,123 for two night on the 18th & 19th . On our arrival to your hotel, we were very rudely directed to sit in the lobby as an alarm had been activated, we were left for a good thirty minutes with no explanation as to what was happening. We did start to panic, wondering what the problem was & if we needed to find another hotel. Eventually the alarm stopped & we proceeded to check in. We asked at reception what the problem was to be told it was a fire drill. None of the group had an issue with that as its something that just simply has to be done, however a simple apology or explanation would be common courtesy. We left our bags in our rooms & proceeded to the Christmas Markets, we decided that afternoon that we would have our evening meal in the hotel. We returned to the hotel around 5/ 5.30 & asked at reception to be directed to the bar/ restaurant for dinner to be told that everywhere was closed as it was the night of the staff Christmas Party. We were directed to go to the Marriott Hotel across the road. Now I would ask you to keep in mind that the youngest of our group was only 5 years old. At that stage between the early flight & the walking around the Christmas markets everyone was very tired, I really can't see why this could not have been explained to us when we checked in & we could have made other arrangements. Okay we put day one down to a bad experience & hoped the rest of our stay would go smoothly. 8.30 the next morning there was a knock on the door (room 106) which disturbed us as we were still sleeping, next the door opened & and then someone shouted housekeeping .Really????? Extremely inappropriate at that time in the morning.

A little dated. Interiors need an update. Also coffee pouches weren't replenished in my room even after cleaning. That's basic.

Very good

Overall, we did enjoy staying in the hotel and had great experience.

Friendly staff Nice food and excellent service Best location easy to access airport and city centre. Good swimming and fitness facilities

The only disappointment we had is that the sauna was not functioning. Also one of the chair in our room was stained and looked dirty so I had to put a towel to sit on it.
