The location, the staff and the country are just amazing. The barman made excellent G&It's and the breakfast was very good. The reception staff and management were very nice.
The rooms only get cleaned if you ask the day before at the reception. In my opinion this is an unnecessary cost-cutting practice. Bed was broken and there was NO ONE to fix it until the following day. But to be fair, the bed was replaced all together.

Super central and good location for the whole family.
Room size, bath and bed was all fine. Breakfast space and selection also very satisfying. Friendly reception staff. Good cake selection and yummy-taste in coffee area. Good facilities for working in reception area.
First room had temperature issue, so we had to request room change. Slow cleaning of tables after breakfast was noticed.

The staff is super nice and friendly, the beds are comfortable and the overall design is really great
The absence of a minibar (not the drinks but the fridge) and the cleaning during the stay was too superficial (bed linen hasn't been changed, the waste remained exactly where it was), I mean I understand all the sustainability direction but if we are already booking the cleaning to not have it every day by default, we expect it to be thorough, but I guess its the question of the overall cleaning standards, not an individual cleaner

Very nice hotel, clean, welcoming, elegant. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the staff efficient and friendly.
The subway is right at the end of the street and city center just a couple stops away.
Our room had two very nice screens, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, unfortunately it was impossible to cast anything on it due to some network problem. Frustrating.

The beddings smell bad, seems like it was not change. The housekeeping didnt clean well. There is no NETFLIX OR YOUTUBE. no chance. Everyday something is wrong or something. 3nights 4 days. No chance of watching movies in the room.
