Brand new and modern hotel, with big rooms and bathrooms, comfortable lobby and bar which was accessible 24/7 providing coffee and snacks even very early in the morning/during the night, and spacious parking. Finally the staff was very friendly, helpful and available 24/7.

Enjoyed our stay in a very clean and quiet hotel with very nice and helpful staff. Definitely will recommend and will prefer if is available if i ever revisit the city3. Location was also very nice (on foot, only 20 mins from the city's centre).

Very good location, clean room, good breakfast and coffee, very friendly and nice personal, very dog friendly hotel, for the first time I experienced that there was a dog bowl with water in the room, very commendable.

Perfect stay
We had an event at the bologna fiera and it was at 10 minutes by foot so the location was perfect. There are also some good trattoria around the hotel (that you should book in advance). The receptionist (Simone) was very friendly and welcoming, a big plus !
