Exceeded expectations

We were coming from Hotel Naples that our tour put us in. It was terrible so I immediately booked at Sanfelice and we walked there. It was amazing. I had several questions and communicating was easy and quick with all questions answered. Highly recommend.

Very good

Located close to everything. We were able to walk easily to sites, restaurants, and shopping. Very easy self checkin. The staff was wonderful in communicating and helping us order a taxi for our 4am flight. My only complaint was the internet wasnt working.

A well located, comfortable property if you're fit enough for the stairs.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable

No staff at the location except for the cleaner in the mornings. We selected this property on the basis that it has a lift, unfortunately the lift is from the 1920's and broke down so we had to carry quite large suitcases up 6 flights of stairs, we are all in our seventies so this was a big problem for us. We arrived on Saturday and the lift wasnt repaired until Monday morning.

Amazing hotel. Incredible localization. The hotel is located in a important street, doesnt has desk office and it wasnt a problem because everything was solved by waths app. a lot of amenities free, including a bottle of proseco. clear, modern, quiet, dark at night like has to be. The location is sketchy but the room is very secure. Staff is very helpful and friendly but the desk isnt manned 24/7. Having YouTube Premium and an Echo Dot was a bonus.

The level of detail in this place is outstanding. Complementary bottle of prosseco in the fridge, netflix on the nice big tv, included teas and coffee in the room, great quality of towels and all the "free bathroom" stuff. All these details really make a difference... The self check-in is super easy and the communication from the people managing was just amazing. One of the best and easiest stays I've ever had.

Loved this place. Close to the Metro, food, shopping etc. The building is very secure and the room was exceptional. Very comfortable bed! Hospitable host as well.
