Our stay was both relaxing and lots of fun!

We love how the adult areas are close together, close to the buffet, and close to the entertainment , so there was no need to take a tram everywhere.

The live, interactive preshows are too long. 15 minutes would be better than half an hour.

Top notch family resort

The environment is lovely and well maintained. Natural vegetation keeps it cool in otherwise very warm conditions. Encourages birds and other creatures which makes it such a lush and inviting place to walk around. New childrens area is so nice for our pre-school grandchildren. Access to beach, patio buffet and activities makes this ideal for families. Everywhere the staff is helpful, kind and friendly. And we always felt welcome in any venue, from the artists who made our coffees in Cafe to the French, Mexico Gourmex and Asian restaurants. All were excellent.

Overall - would definitely come back!

The hotel is very nice. It has a lot of activities, food and drink options, different pools and of course - incredible beach. Me and my husband spent the end of our honeymoon trip here and it was just perfect. We got to relax after a lot of traveling as well as spend some quality time together. Each night you can reserve a dinner in one of the 6 better restaurants, but you can also just eat in a buffet. We really enjoyed the restaurants, but buffet was also ok with a lot of food options. Also, each night there is a show and it was always fun to see those. It was also cool to see some animals around!

Just FYI keep your important belongings in the safe that is provided in the room. We had a little accident when after breakfast we came back to our room and one important bag was missing - but apparently some hotel workers put it in the safe. It got sorted out as a guy came to our room and unlocked the safe for us - but we got scared for a moment. So just be aware of this as for us it never happened before.
