Good value, clean and close to most things on the Gold Coast.

Well Located and very clean. The Balcony view was very nice.

That 2 of the bedrooms were not airconditioned as advertised on the website.

Very good

A good location and size but more work needed on presentation.

A good size appartment. Good location close to the beach. A very big pool. Very helpful staff.

The place needs a paint. Very poor glass and crockery supply. Just enough glasses for four people. Very poor supply of hand soap and toilet paper for four people. The lounge furniture is very old and needs a good clean. Dish washing liquid for one wash is poor.

Was livable, but wouldn't stay again

Pool, bbq and gym facilities. Central location to many things, easy walk to the beach. Spacious apartment that was very open with a great sized balcony. Washer and dryer was handy to have. Kitchen had everything you need. Liked having access to a vending machine in the bbq facilities

The wifi did not work at all. We had to stand on the very edge of the balcony to even make phone calls. Bathrooms still had dirt and hair in them after being cleaned and edges of showers were not wiped over leaving grime. Everything echoed, so noise was a constant. Bed covers/blankets had crusty dirty marks on them like they hadn't been washed. The whole property was very run down compared to the photos on booking.com. The spa in the pool facilities was tiny, so every time we went down we could never get in because 6 people would fill it each time

Very good

The BBQ facilities and cooking utensils were great. The dish-washer, washing machine and dryer work well. The staff also responded swiftly even at night.

There is no stairs. The Wi-Fi signal is weak in the bed rooms and sometimes got loss . There is only one conditioner in the house. The inner room is a bit warm despite the use of ceiling fan.

Location prefect, spacious appartment, views awesome

The creepy mannequin is strategically placed on the 4th floor balcony over looking the pool below and the whole court yard. This can be seen from every apartment, so I imagine this would have given other guests a fright as it did us. Because of this, we never got to use the top balcony or spa because he looked like it was consealing a camera.
