    Great little gem of a hotel in the heart of Zhongshan neighbourhood
    Staff are great and the location is in a great Japanese neighbourhood in Taipei so lots of restaurants and cafes and a nice walk to Fihua St, ningxia Night market, and surrounds.
    There seemed to be a humidity issue in our rooms so it smelled a bit moldy when entering though nothing that a dehumidifier and a clean could not fix.

    Great staff but old hardware
    Staff are friendly and helpful. They provide quick and immediate response.
    Hardware so old. Even the tv remote control is not functionable simetimes. Room is too dark and color temperature too low. Cannot see clearly especially at night time. Room door have no inside lock and ppl may come inside very easy when they hv the key.

    Comfortable stay for 4 days in Taipei
    Comfortable stay and breakfast was included consisting of intercontinental basics and also local treats. Staff was helpful to our requests!
    The furniture could use an upgrade and location isnt very close to MRT stations.

    I would stay again, but I don't like to start a trip with things "Messed-up"
    Ok for our short stay
    Requested VERY LATE CHECK-IN only a few hours on the next day. Arrival reservation for 12/ 11/2023.. Check out 12/12/23 I also did a follow-up phone call with Alan at San Want to make sure this would happen. Arrived at 8:00 AM on 12/12 23 only to have the front desk say that they did not have our reservation.. after 10 minutes, they did find the reservation stamped as a NO SHOW. No one would admit the error. We did finally get a room Note: The flight does not get into Taiwan until 6:00 am and I like to have a room so I can clean-up after the long flight.
