Would come back

The room style in this hotel is different from any other hotel we stayed in before, and this was actually quite nice. The complimentary drink was also really great and the location is ok, not actually in the central touristic area but close enough to go there walking or by metro, with a metro station very close.

The guy who did our checkin (a guy from marroco) was really nice, but on the other hand we had a very unpleasant experience with a rude employee who did our checkout, when we ask him if was possible to keep our luggages in the hotel for a few hours. A part of that, the only thing I didnt like was the fact that the TV in the room was not a smart TV. The breakfast also could be cheaper, we didnt have it there, but I had a look in the buffett and it seems to overpriced.

room, location, staff, shower, the music was surprisingly good and the idea of all activities around a bar. I liked the idea of getting a drink for not cleaning the room.

There Should be a kettle with hot water in the room. The room temperature was not adjustable, and it was rather cold.

Cool stay in a cult area

The staff was super cool and friendly. I felt like I talked to another staff member behind the bar every time I went inside and every single interaction was great. This demonstrates a rare standard of great service among an entire team. Props to Team and Management!

The staff was absolutely phenomenal, Im for sure coming back when going to cologne

The in room showers are a little unconventional but very comfortable and nice. Definitely interesting when you are travelling with your partner(can absolutely recommend), less so in case of travelling with a business partner or similar.

Unfortunately no in-room coffee maker or kettle. Everything else was great.

Great hotel, needs better customer care

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! Very trendy & rooms are very nice

The fact we were charged extra is not at all customer friendly! We got a free upgrade on the first night (as a genius member), but the 2nd night was another booking and apparently no free upgrade could be provided. So to avoid checking out on the first night, we had to pay a supplement to link the rooms for the 2 nights...

Incredible and comfy stay

The breakfast was perfect. The attendees were incredible. Samuel (at night) was super friendly and receptive, providing an awesome service. Hamsa (in the morning) also provided an incredible breakfast service, making a perfect iced latte, and helping us with checkout. The rooms are super quiet and soundproof, so we didn't have to take care with the noise in the room. We also could leave our baggage in the hotel before our check-in, which was very handy. Everything was awesome.
