This time it was 10

It is not my first time at this hotel and it always was very good. That is why I keep returning, but this time it was perfect -special thanks to manager Paulina, who welcomed me personally and Alexandra on the reception. Very professional staff ready to help with every need. I think hotel is a equally great for families and business travelers. One of the best in Limassol!

The room was spacious and with a great view. We had a birthday celebration and the hotel provided small cake, wine and some snacks and even some balloons as fast as I remember. The public areas and facilities are great, the breakfast with a great variety and all the stuff we met were exceptionally kind and professional.

The bathroom needs to be repaired in my opinion to fit 5stars hotel standards (but its was perfectly fine to use of course)

Hotel is an excellent experience. Top location: just a few meters away from the beach and practically in the city. Staff was excellent. They offered to upgrade my room to sea view deluxe room and also offered to extent my stay with late check out. Breakfast has a good variety. Lobby has a nice ambience

consistently good experience through multiple stays

Staff is very good, location is very convenient and seaview rooms are great.

Their version of Nutella available for breakfast is not dense enough and very messy. I prefer them to have the original product available or at least something that can't be spilled on pants.
