perfect for a family relax

our family room with view to the sea was amazing. breakfast was tealky good, and the pool service excellent. kids club was also fantastic.

Many staff members, including Javed, whom I believe is the cleaning representative, were incredibly courteous and welcoming to all guests. The same level of empathy and politeness was evident among the staff members at the bar.

The breakfast experience was unsatisfactory; the malfunctioning coffee machine and expired or recycled last day's food compromised the quality of the meals. Similarly, the bar offered subpar food. Additionally, the reception desk service was less than satisfactory.

Very good

It is a lovely beautiful hotel. The beach is sandy and you can walk out in the sea for miles. The bar staff are amazing and friendly. Pool area is pretty and the cocktails are great.

The receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. . When we got to our room we found housekeeping were still preparing our room. We didn't have a problem with this at the time. However when we went back to reception later to ask a question we mentioned it. The receptionist told us we were were complaining about nothing and it wasn't her problem. I have never met such a rude front of house. It is sad because the rest of the staff were amazing.

Superb

The hotel and location is great. Staff are very friendly and they go extra mile to help. We wanted to extend our stay, although the hotel was fully booked, the reception team helped us with extension.

Very good

Once the above was rectified, which we appreciate, everything went well.

We enjoyed our stay after our room was transferred.

The representation of rooms was terrible. We made a reservation for a Seaside view, with magnificent views represented. We ended up with a room with a view of 2 bushes. After a major ordeal, our room was changed into what was our original expectation based upon all of your literature.

Exceptional

Amazing hotel with outstanding staff.

I'm extremely happy to write this review, not just as a constant traveler, but also as a human being and an exigent customer. The hotel stands out for its exceptional staff. Yes, as with any hotel they can lack something or have tiny issues but whatever happens will be extremely fast-well solved and compensated by their amazing people who will find a solution with a smile and kindness even when you don't ask for anything. The breakfast, the installations, the views,the vibes are incredible and the employees will give you also a "wow" emotion for the extra miles they do. Kudos for the hotel and their staff. Keep being aweome

For work the Wi-Fi can be improved (for working), they find solutions because they are customer-focused, and they will find something for you if you have issues but if you are looking to go, connect and work won't be bad but neither awesome. The good for the wifi is that covers all the hotels including the pool, beach, and more.

Wonderful beach hotel, friendly staff, superb food

Very nice swimming in the bay, wonderful garden with palm trees, friendly staff, nice walking path along the beach, breakfast superb, rooms spacious and well equipped

Rooms were a bit noisy due to the busy street behind the hotel, especially in the early morning, rather expensive cocktails at the pool bar

Exceptional

I really enjoyed the rich breakfast that included pancakes, savory, eggs, waffles and so much more! The pool is huge and very conveniently placed. There's a pool table, pingpong table and so much more.
