Best Christmas Escape

Location is excellent and the hotel design and amenities are wonderful. Loved the helpful and friendly staff, makes you feel like home. Beds were very comfy and clean.

Some room refreshers to add a nice smell to the rooms after cleaning will be great to consider. Also, as we were staying at Christmas Day, maybe some decorations and messages about Christmas would have been very sweet.

Great short stay

- Staff are super friendly and always willing to help - very clean hotel - the bed is VERY comfortable and one of the best beds i have slept on in any hotel!! - location is great, a minute walk from duomo and galleria - spacious room - so many amenities in the bathroom - Housekeeping cleans rooms twice with turn down service, which we loved!

- everything was great except for the breakfast which was average only. - lobby is very small

Amazing hotel & staff

The location is perfect, in the heart of Milano. The staff were very polite, helpful and efficient. The hotel is clean, provides every single thing you might need in the bathroom. I was here when they first opened few years ago, I came back this year and I would definitely come again. I appreciate that you can only go in the elevator with a key, and they close the door around 8, I felt safe honestly with all the activities going on outside.

I only had one issue, the rooms have a weird smell coming from wall or bathroom, it honestly smelled like sewage but the staff were amazing and moved us to another room within minutes.
