Nice but noisy

Comfortable room, central location, good breakfast

We expressly asked for a quiet room but the constant noise from the tram prevented us from sleeping (even in an internal room with earplugs)

Fantastic staff, beautiful hotel and fabulous location

Beautifully appointed rooms. The hotel is in a fantastic location, walking distance to everything. The staff were all amazing, they organised everything from transfers to and from the hotel along with a breakfast box for the 8 of us for our early departure.

Fantastic location, very friendly staff, lovely restaurant attached, all in all Id stay again

Restaurant was beautiful, the only thing I can fault were the eggs, both mornings they were so dried up, I couldnt eat them, otherwise, fabulous

The eggs and quite a dark shower, need more light in there, its very big but also very dark

Excellent location and staff but room not user friendly at least not the ones on the sixth floor

Definitely the location and staff

The room I stayed in was not comfortable It had a low ceiling and there is a chandelier over the bad that you can easily bump into Generally it was clean but not user friendly
