Well kept nice area

Biggest compliment was there was no way to lock the door. We were not given a key and once you entered the door code the door wouldnt lock !very un safe No service no maid no clean towels or other wish and very few chairs or places to set inside or out

The location is great, very accessible to public buses, and with a nice beach area away from big hotel resorts, it is peaceful, the views are really beautiful.

The property is a condo inside an all-inclusive hotel. It is managed by an agency along with other properties; it is not a single owner. You can ask for access to hotel services at a premium. Customer service is terrible (not by the hotel but by the agency - the hotel staff is good). We were promised a kitchenette, but the facility did not have a working station to cook. There is an electric pan you can see in the pictures, however, it was broken. They promised to deliver a replacement, but it was never delivered. The whole exchange was very unprofessional - the owner got defensive, and everything was managed by WhatsApp messages. We did not have a trash can for three days. It was delivered on the last day. Kitchenette equipment is only viable for microwaving food/beverages; the fridge is small, but it can store food for two to three days. The mirror in the main room had a crack; we reported it to avoid liability, but they did not say anything about it.

Worst- no working kitchen, small ,uncomfortable bath

1. The key was not handed over, or the process to take the key was not informed before our arrival. 2. We get a hated welcome by reception, and after many conversations, we waited for around 30 min to get our key. 3. Fridge was out 4. Stove was out 5. Microwave was out 6. There is not a functional kitchen for us in this condo. 7. Only 4 towels for 4 persons for 3 days, which is poor room serving. 8. No guidance was provided to use beach/ canteen/ pool/ Landry, etc. 9. Wifi pwd was provided only after a long asking. 10. The bathroom was too small, and water spread out of the bath area, so the condo will get easy wet.

Lovely setting, great location. Quiet & friendly atmosphere

Room size was nice, so close to the pitch and the fact it had a pool and beach bar. Also right next to the local bus stop. Walking distance too though to anything. Air conditioning and nice bathroom

Hard to find the room initially. Someone's previous rubbish was in the bin and there were chips in the microwave on a plate not sure it had been fully checked by cleaners. Door to the room did not seem to look at all which was concerning

Housekeeping didnt stop by once the 2 night we were there. Towards the end of our trip there was rain and water started leaking from the roof in the main bedroom and living

Bad apartment with bad service

The room was not cleaned when we arrived! The bed was not made and the tip from the person before was still left in a jar. Means that no one came to clean the room. Also there were dirty towels and the Wi-Fi didnt work. Wifi wasnt repaired during the whole stay.
