Other than the things I said our stay was great.

The room was great, breakfast could of changed up everyday instead of having the same thing. This place was clean like it always is. We love staying there when we go to Pigeon Forge.

Like I said breakfast could change up everyday and the parking could improve. I think they should have a veteran parking spot and people should show proof there a veteran and also with the handicap spots they should have to show proof they have a sticker or hanger for handicap. That really is the only gripe I have because every time we come up there I see people parking in the handicap spot with nothing showing they have proof of handicap. This really upsets me when my wife has knee problems and I have feet problems.

Disappointing

Facility has potential but it needs a thorough cleaning with updates and then demand the standards b

Check in went very well. We liked the creek, very beautiful. Parking was plentiful.

Breakfast was a fiasco. Sausage was not cooked long enough. It appeared half cooked, and a pan of grease and water was underneath the sausage on the serving line. As you know you must feed the eye first, if it appears sloppy it's going to taste terrible. We ate there the first day but had to go locally for the other mornings. Keeper of the kitchen could not be located to provide more coffee or replenish the serving line. The room needed a closer cleaning especially around the base boards since you could see the dust gathered. The bathroom needed scrubbing with a good cleaner. It had a film of filth that had been gathering for some time. Exercise area (no room) needed updated equipment since there was not a treadmill or any weights.

Location was great. Views of the town and the river were great!

Was not expecting the lobby to be closed at night. The coffee in the lobby was not available in the evening. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the person sleeping closest to the balcony had to try to sleep with the ac unit blowing in their face.

Room size is fine. Breakfast is provided. The location is pretty good.

The room is SUPER noisy! The heater/AC is so loud that we could not sleep at all. The elevator waiting time is long. The staff was very impatient. They charged an extra $$ because we brought a kid, which was not mentioned on their website when booked.
