Wonderful!

Location was really great! Breakfast was awesome! Lots of choices though we were vegetarian. We enjoyed our stay at Riu. Highly recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness, helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, big and comfortable rooms.

The bathroom layout needs improvement; the door that divides the sink from the toilet and shower makes it difficult to properly open and close said door. The cost of parking and the fact that one's parking spot is not guaranteed as it's on a first come first serve basis. The designated smoking area is directly below our room so we dealt with the smell a few times. Lastly, the floors need to be soundproof since we could hear footsteps from the guests above our room.

Very nice hotel at Fischerman Wharf

Very nice hotel at Fischerman Wharf! We were very happy with it. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, yet still very quiet. The hotel complex is very large and cozy with plenty of outdoor seating and fire pits. Our room was spacious, bright and very clean (room service daily, contrary to the trend at many other hotels). To our surprise, breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold dishes. There was a wide selection of both American and European breakfast every day. There is even a sufficient selection of healthy food such as salads, grilled vegetables, fruit salads, etc. The staff in the breakfast area were very friendly and attentive! They even made a very cute mini birthday cake for my daughter using beautifully arranged strawberry slices with a cupcake in the center and a candle. It looks really cute! We were all impressed by the professionalism of the team and had a wonderful stay at RIU!

Great Location with helpful staff. Best value for money in that area by far.

Was a lovely 2 day stay but disappointed with the way you had to queue for breakfast- immense queues

The location to Fishermans Wharf and all local attractions

Be more efficient with the breakfast Had to abandon the breakfast queue (which would have taken at least an hour ) We had to buy our own breakfast at a local cafe Not impressed with this and wouldnt like to slate this on social media as the rest of our stay was good
