Residenza Rialto is a nice and clean place with a private bathroom across the floor. Guests receive a video with codes to enter and find the key. The location is excellent, and the value is reasonabl (Read More)e. The host is recommended, and the room is clean. The owner is kind and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast options are available, and the location is close to the center. The service is impeccable and the rooms are spacious and welcoming. The b&b has digital access for added safety. It is 5 minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore. Overall, Residenza Rialto is highly recommended.

That there are steep stairs to climb (if you are older person or with a baby not the most comfortable)

The location was amazing, near the center of Bologna and in a peaceful area

The biggest negative side is the bathroom outside the room and near another room despite each room having its own bathroom

Beautiful place, super comfortable bed. I dad a great 2 night of staying. Very helpful and kind staffs

The bathroom is totally in a different room. It's a bit unconvinced at night when I needed to use the bathroom.

Great place to stay in Bologna

The location is excellent, right in the centre of Bologna, which allowed me to walk everywhere. The check-in system was super easy, as well as the communication with the host. The private toilet was good, with a very good shower. Everything was very clean.

Clean and cozy in an excellent location a few steps from the historic center.

I found myself a bit difficult to check in since there was no reception desk and nobody to welcome me but the cleaning lady (( suppose) that was not speaking English.

My room was fantastic. The inventors perfect. A lot of thought had gone into the planning. I had lovely big windows which I could open and look out onto a beautiful mural. My host was very helpful. It was very close to everything I wanted to see. I'm a walker so I had really lovely walks. I would thoroughly recommend this retreat.

Great location-loved tha piazza santa Stefano nearby and the breakfast place. Also very clean.

I came back to my home and I saw bed bug bites on my leg. I contacted the manager of the property and he didn't even bother reply to me which to me sounds suspicious. I want to believe he didn't know about it and he he will sort it out. An apology or something would be very much appreciated. The manager's English is very poor and quite hard to communicate.

Spacious & clean, walkable to everything

Spacious room, comfortable bed, very clean, modern bathroom

The building is small but still the wifi doesnt reach the actual room very well, I had to sit in the common kitchen for it to work fully. Luggage storage after checkout is in the common area floor & there is no common toilet to use if needed after checkout. This was not a problem for me but something to note.
