Very friendly staff. Nice comfortable room.

During peak periods they ran out of hot water -- twice. The body wash dispenser was broken and I reported it on my first day. By day 3, nothing had been done. There was minor repairs that needed to be made.

The hotel was great and the staff were great as well. It was a good location downtown .

We were there for aftershock festival , the price that i agreed to on booking.com was quite a bit different . We did have other charges for parking but the amount didnt make sense. I contacted through the booking app with no response.

Like being at home had a kitchen and all the fixings of home.

Nice clean and lots of places to eat and walk around

I asked for 2 beds and I got one bed and one sleeper sofa.

Walkable location, nice lobby and amenities, spacious studio room.

Great location in downtown Sac. The lobby was spacious and had lots of seating areas - i could run upstairs and friends could wait down there. There is also a bar next door called Mix that was an easy activity. Studio room was spacious and comfortable. So glad I booked this over a standard room!

I noticed the restaurant was usually closed so it would've been great to grab a quick drink or food. Water was also $3 so it would have been nice to have that complimentary since naturally with the location i'd be walking around a bit.

Loved the room. Very comfortable. Beds comfortable and smelled amazing. Walls thick, hallways not noisy. Great ac. Staff was friendly. Awesome visit

The person at the front desk wouldn't. He knew me in.. my reservation was paid in full my card is still charged and I didn't get to stay.. my whole trip was ruined .. I didn't get any sleep for my Daighters baby shower I needed to host .. it was horrible

Great value and location! Right across from the safe credit convention center. Absolutely had a great time! Thank you!

Loved the space in the room! Was able to have my friends visit during the Convention. Nice place to hang out and rest for a bit.

It was a little hard to find to be honest.

Very good

Overall great, clean, and convenient location - enjoyed take our from Ju Ju.

The location was within a block of my 2 day conference that was great!

I was in room 1101. A constant annoyance was someone constantly going in and out of the door directly behind my room at end of hall. Not sure if a guest, or an employee. All hours after 6pm- thru the night. door slammed everytime.
