Will stay at this hotel again

Room was clean and spacious. Furnitures in the room looked new and modern. We ordered dinner from the room service menu and the food was really tasty! Staff at reception was polite, helpful and friendly. We checked out at 4.45 am to catch up for an early flight and the staff on duty politely asked about our short stay. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We were boiling water when we noticed that the glass shelf located above the kettle area was full with dust. Same goes with the other tier too. The superior or team leader who supervise the room-maker team should inspect or rather ensure that the room prepared for guest has been really clean thoroughly.

But excellent stay and we attend wedding function at the convenction centre here too

When we call the receptionist first shuttle from air port to hotel wjich is anout 3 to 5 min away. The receptionist herself drove the shuttle starex mov to pick us up within 5 min.

Just away from shopping malls. We need to tske csn to any shopping malls

near to airport

housekeeping not refill my towel n tissue ..then d supervisor ask me where i put the towel ?? funny right??.. i need to wait they check where d towel duuring my checkout im in rush to board my flight its make me frustrated for d service after 12 pm is another day of customer booking pls do clean up as same as new guest , we pay for that management pls improve d service anyway thanks for a lot for assist me stay in kuching all d best
