Expectations fulfilled. Again, then in a higher room class.

The staff was very friendly, the location was good and the room was spacious. Communication was straightforward. I got a room on the 12th floor with a view of the river.

The air conditioning was very loud, I often turned it off because of the noise. The closet was a closet with little space and structure, totally inadequate for a couple with 2 suitcases. The technology in the bathroom is partly outdated, the shower was okay.

Did not have the Habour view as the name of the hotel suggest.

Decent.

The location is quite central. Walking distance to Carpenter Street and the Watefront.

The heater didnt seem to be working. There was no hot water throughout our stay and it was monsoon season. Youd want to have a hot shower after getting drenched in the rain so this was a disappointment especially since we paid a premium for the family room.
