They double charged me for the room and hold on the access payment!!!!! Hi . I made a booking in this hotel through you . Upon checking in I was made to pay in Advnace. I used google pay. I shared notification of successful payment with the front desk team. When I was checking out o was held by the hotel and asked to pay again ( the given reason was the money o made by goggle pay did not come their account.) I shared with them the proof of my bank statement ( the money was deducted) and again the google pay payment confirmation. Still they said they need me to pay again and they promised if they get both payments they will immediately refund one of them. Since o made the 2nd payment by Credit card It was agreed between hotel and me that I dispute that google payment . I had paid again using my credit card issued by SCB india . After a week or so I called the bank and then called the hotel asked them . The hotel confirmed that both payments received. The GP payment was received by them on 13th Dec 2023. The hotel had the 2 payments in their hand and they did not refunded the access payment which was made bases on their dam and. They promised to make it within couple of days, but nothing happened . I called again and they asked me for VOID Check to make the payment to me , I provided them what they asked instantly .mr hey confirmed receipt. After 2 days I called again , they again asked for void check ( I told them this was sent earlier however I shared it again with them and they confirmed receipt. They again promised in couple of days. I waited 4 days and called them again yesterday, they came with new story and excuse why the did not make the payment. The latest excuse was what happen if they refund one and the other one get withdrawn by the bank ?I TOLD THEM THEY HAVE TO RFIMD THE GOOGLE PAYMENT MOENY AS WE AGREED , AND KEEP THE CARD PAYMENT WITH THEM . They were arguing that they cant do this. I TOLD THEM THIS IS NON SENSE .
