4 day 3 night Family stay with 2 children

1. Location. 2. Easy self parking. 3. Opposite al baik restaurant, near barber. 4 Room size. 5. Good brand toiletries. 6. Fast check in check out. 7. No sound from the road or any adjacent room. 8. Housekeeping did excellent job. 9. Free juice drink in the reception lobby.

1. 2nd bedroom doesn't have cupboard to hang clothes.

Property was good . Location was very good ,couple of shops and restaurants were opposite

Was shocked how old and dirty the kettle was . Not the standard of radisson , in breakfast no quality very few things were there . They should bring some variety , also there was only one staff who was at the reception no one in the restaurant

We were checking out early morning so we told them instead of breakfast if we could have dinner but they told us we couldn't do it which was not good. We already paid for the breakfast so just change it to the dinner. I guess there customer service is not good.

The room was very big and the bed extra large and comfortable.

My husband booked for a massage service and the guy never showed up for the appointment

Excellent hotel and hospitality

The hotel and bedrooms were excellent, very spacious and modern. I stayed for 3 days with my wife and family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The hotel is well located centrally in Jeddah, with supermarket and food options nearby. Last but not least I would like to say a special thank you to Abdallah who provided us with complementary breakfast for the whole stay, a very kind gesture. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Jeddah.
