The location is great. Close to the airport, deira for shopping those who want to visit the souks great location. Close to metro and connected to city centre mall.

Booked executive room on the 10th floor. My kids were on the 4th floor, but the services of the rooms were the same, though the charges were different. The hotel is very good but their cleaners are not good. Several times, we had to ask for shower gel. They were just ignoring us until we went to complain to the reception, that's when we saw a change. I was not happy with their housekeeping. They can do better in cleaning and making sure the guests are comfortable.

Disappointing

This is a five star property with good rent , but i was disappointed as staff was rude and not cooperative, swimming pool was small, sauna rooms were very small, nobody was there for collecting luggage when we came. we stayed for 8 days but was not very satisfied mainly from staff.

Upon arrival at the hotel the guy who checked us in was very rude and his name was Craig and wasnt helpful at all.If it wasnt for Mr.Motaaz it would have been a v bad decision to stay there,he helped us!

Same food eveyday Same setting for years where breakfast/lunch is taken Travel desk buy and sell tickets overpriced (twice the official price - for example Museum of the Future)

I stayed there many times

Had 2 rooms booked and we had to cancel the second room because of passport issues. They charge me nearly full price for the cancellation of one room. Just seemed harsh considering I am a regular patron. May effect future stays
