Relaxing, comfortable and wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful second visit here and the villa is just lovely! Everything you need and right near the beach, which is only a 5 minute picturesque walk away. It is clean, so comfortable and we particularly like the outdoor space and pool. We will definitely stay again and we are so glad we picked to come back to Christinas villa!

A beautifully furnished villa - a real home from home.

Christina was a wonderful host and provided lots of thoughtful touches such as snacks and drinks for us as we were arriving late! She was available throughout our stay for any questions we had. The villa is thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean and furnished with everything you could need.

Lovely stay in Protaras, beautiful, quiet and clean pool villa.

Very comfortable and fully equipped Villa. Very clean and located in a quiet complex, and not far to the beach. Everything we needed as a family with children was available. Pool and patio area was lovely. Comfortable bedrooms. Really enjoyed the sun deck at the top with nice views of the surrounding areas and sea. Host was really accommodating and helpful and did her best to adjust to our changing schedule. She even added some snacks and drinks for us which was so thoughtful. Host was very responsive to any questions we had and replied to messages immediately. Really cant praise the Villa and host enough. Just perfect. Location was really nice as well.

Gem of a villa, with lovely outside area and roof terrace with super views.

Gem of a villa, with lovely outside area and roof terrace with super views. Pretty much everything you could need for self-catering holiday by the sea. Christina was very responsive, welcoming and helpful. It was quiet when we were there in early May, which suited us very well. Lots of safe, sandy beaches locally and great places to eat.

I recently stayed for a week and cant wait to return. Protaras Villa Nicol 21 is a fantastic, spotless, wonderfully presented furnished villa, thats situated on a quiet road and within easy walking distance of the beach. A perfect place, would definitely stay again. Protaras Villa Nicol 21 is immaculately clean, and has all the modern amenities and appliances you could wish for. I loved the private swimming pool, roof terrace, amazing shower and having everything required for a comfortable stay. A real home from home! Its literally a stones throw from the beach and nestled in a gated community thats quiet and beautifully kept with white stone walls and wonderful lemon trees. Super spacious, clean, comfortable, convenient location, beautiful environment, great communication with host who was very hospitable and attentive to my needs. Excellent Choice - Highly recommend. Would gladly book again!

It was a very nice stay

Nice cosy villa equipped with all the amenities and necessary stuff for a pleasant holiday. Host was very helpful and disponible.i can only recommend it. Strong wifi, clean swimming splash pool, comfortable beds, many space, great location

If I really need to find a drawback, you can't make hot shower early in the morning as I think there's sun boiler though after some hours of sunshine -it was perfect.

Rested at the end of October 2021. Villa for 5 *. Very clean. Great barbecue. The hostess resolves any issues very quickly. There are 2 very beautiful beaches nearby. In 5 minutes there is a Metro shop. Cape Greco 15 minutes. We will definitely come again.

Lovely well equipped villa with pool and within walking distance from the beach!

Villa Nicol 21 is at an excellent location within walking distance from 3 sandy and beautiful beaches. The house is very well equipped with everything to make it the perfect home away from home. The pool and patio were really nice and the pool was cleaned twice a week. We had more than enough bathroom towels and bedsheets for the ten days we spent there. The beds were also very comfortable which is important when a family stays for a long time. Christina, the owner was very helpful and friendly! The house in general was comfortable and ideal for a family of four. Several amenities, like restaurants and a convenience store were also within walking distance. The roof terrace was an added bonus from where we took amazing pictures of this August's Blue Moon! We really enjoyed our stay there!
