Amazing property with own fruit garden in good and quet location. Excellent place to spend time with your family.. On arrival we found in the fridge complimentary drinks. Everything was in good working order. Good size dinning room and living room.Bedrooms also was in good size with built-in wardrobes and safe in it. Swimming pool (good size, also safe for kids because have a shallow side for kids and deep side for adults )was maintained and cleaned twice in week. Property located not far from shops and restaurants . Big Thanks to Kypros and Arieta for support and making our holiday as unforgettable experience .. We had pleasure to stay there.

Weekend at Ayia Napa

I was completely enamored with the beauty of this villa. We stayed in villa number 12, which boasted three separate bedrooms - one master bedroom with an attached toilet, one separate toilet, and one additional WC. The kitchen and living room were both spacious and the outdoor area was stunning, featuring ample space, a large family-style dining table, and a pool complete with comfortable sunbeds. The attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the villa was impressive, making it feel like a luxurious home away from home. Despite being situated a bit further from the beach, the beauty of the villa more than made up for this minor inconvenience.

Truly an amazing experience

The Villa is truly amazing, an experience I would recommend for anybody visiting Ayia Napa (Cyprus). The Host Keipros is truly not your average host, he is more then a friendly person. I can proudly say we are likely to be family member. He is very helpful, he goes out of his own way to find/fix and help by any way shape or form. The Villa was amazing and the service was even more shocking , I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS place for any teenagers, families. 10/10. CLOSE to Ayia Napa Square, Nissi Beach, and a VERY QUIET, and luxurious Neighborhood.
