Excellent stay!!

Pretty much everything. The pool was lovely, everything inside and out was clean and worked. Great value for money villa and nice location.

Not really the propertys fault but there isnt much around. 1 supermarket, 1 restaurant which isnt great and a nice beach bar. However easy to get to and from ayia napa so not a big issue.

Great place to stay in Cyprus with private swimming pool and close to nicest beaches and attractions

We have spent almost two weeks in Villa Kivelli and this is great and well equipped villa with private outside swimming pool which is very useful in Cyprus (as the temperatures are quite high). We were travelling with 3 kids and 2 friends have joined us, there is plenty of room (3 bedrooms). Living room and kitchen well equipped. The store and restaurant is next to the Villa. In terms of location it is perfect place, it takes less than 10 minutes to get by car to all nicest beaches and Ayia Napa. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, highly recommended place to stay in Cyprus!

Perfect for families

The villa has everything you need for a great stay, fully equipped kitchen, great pool with plenty of sunbeds, grill, both gas and coal, rooms are quite big and have air conditioning. Very clean, 2 min to supermarket and a local restaurant, very close to the beaches.

Just prefect. Came with 6 friends and we loved the privacy and the luxury of the Villa.

Amazing villa. Hosts are so lovely and welcoming. Cleaned the pool every two days. Clean villa, big pool , shower pressure good. Such a cosy villa and very spacious. Comfortable beds. Easy walk to the supermarket and the Restaurant. Air conditioning superb. Would highly recommend

The private pool, the private parking, the facilities overall, the location outside which is still close to reach everything with little effort (close by the motorway). The attentiveness of the contact. The pool is being cleaned every third day.

Some of the cooking equipment is rather outdated (e.g. pans and oven). Not everything was cleaned properly (especially dust under the beds).

Beautiful, very good equipped villa in a quite neighbourhood. Three different beaches in a 5 min walk on each taste. There is a good supermarket and Zafiri restaurant with reasonable prices in 1 min walk. The staff of Villa Kiveli is very helpful. Our family enjoyed the stay on this villa on 200%

Strongly recommend villa. This is my fifth time i rent villas in Cyprus and this is the best one. Ill start with kind and generous owner, first he was so flexible in check in/out times, you can find anything you may need in the villa. The air-condition units are brand new, you can find one in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, we found everything we need to cook , salt , oil, tea, coffe, whatever you may need is there. The bed are conformable and clean. We enjoyed the pool it was clean and heated , kids enjoy swimming from early morning. Perfect location safe and quiet, we found every thing we needed at the supermarket nearby ( 2 min walking). The beach is very near 10 min to aya napa center, 20 min to fig three beach, 30 min to Larnaca. This will be my first choice in future.
