The PrideInn Hotel Nyali is highly recommended by guests for its air-conditioned rooms, lovely pool, and nice food. The staff are friendly and professional, with special mentions for Harriet and Pame (Read More)la who provided excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers and other beachfront hotels. While some guests enjoyed the small and welcoming atmosphere, others mentioned that the rooms may not be soundproof and there was a scheduled power outage during their stay. However, the hotel management kindly offered alternative accommodations during the outage.

The room smelled so bad and the toilet had a bad smell no windows in the toilet,I couldnt even shower. The beddings was so rough and not soft . Never going back there again . The breakfast was disgusting

Situated in the heart of Nyali with easy access to everything. Great service and food.

The renovations at the pool bar during the peak season wasnt a good idea.

Bedroom so small, 1 towel only in the bathroom, internal space used as parking. Breakfast very poor the fruit were finish and no replacement at 8.30am while breakfast is up to 10.00am.

A great bed and breakfast

Great breakfast spread, the cakes and pastries were good. The reception staff are pleasant and always ready to resolve any issues that come up. Location is near the malls, great area. The fish finger on menu is great.

There was construction happening, so that wasn't great. Also, the TV station options could be better so carry entertainment. No activities to do at the hotel except the swimming pool.

My expectations were met. The place was clean and the staff were extremely kind.

The place was extremely clean!

Our initial room was a bit stuffy perhaps arising from fumigation. It could be a Coastal thing, I don't know. Nevertheless we were upgraded to another room that was much better. At the end of the day, we were happy.
