Great family stay!

Excellent location. It was just what we were seeking - Away from the bustle and easy access to beautiful beaches. If you book this resort, be mindful that it's located away from the main pier of Phi Phi islands (Tonsai), with no connecting Road. Easiest way to get here is to take a direct speedboat to Leamtong Beach from Krabi / Phuket. Also there's nothing around the resort (except other resorts), so if you're looking for nightlife/street shopping, then tonsai may be a better location. We enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were small but clean. The seaside restaurant was great. The staff very helpful.

Limited hot water in our garden view rooms (not sure if its the same in every room). Also you can't really snorkel much right from the beach as the water is rather murky due to waves. But take a day trip to the other islands and you'll have plenty of opportunities!

Superb

Beautiful paradise!

Felt like we were in paradise! Everything was super easy. The hotel let us know as soon as we booked, how to book the ferry to and from. The beach was so beautiful & peaceful. Excellent place to stay to relax, unwind & explore the Phi Phi Islands. The staff were very friendly and attentive, it was very simple to book a day trip around the islands via long tail through reception and the price was fair. Breakfast was great and the food at the hotel was surprisingly delicious!

My only gripe is the pillows were too big on the bed. I probably could have asked for a smaller one so my fault. Everything else was spectacular.

Awful , embarrassing and insulting.

The property was in a peaceful and quiet location , however , quite some distance from Phi Phi town .

On our arrival , the hotel was dated and the staff were immediately difficult. When paying for the room , their card machine failed halfway through the transaction; causing the hotel to demand I pay again. To explain this fully, I have later been advised that the card machine was faulty - and that it was the hotels fault and not mine . This however , was not portrayed at the time , where I got blamed and berated for not paying - Infront of numerous other guests and staff. I advised the money had been taken from my account , to which point the staff took my phone - and photos of my online bank . I protested this with no success. This was just the start of it , this happened again on two occasions where they demanded I paid - and when I did , yet another transaction was completed on my side but their machine conveniently broke again. I was shocked to see they kept using the same machine - despite being told it wasnt functioning - and they kept blaming me - the user - causing both embarrassment and frustration. To make matters worse again, I emailed management who said a phrase similar to sorry , we hope you will stay again This is the first hotel I have ever thought of walking out of mid stay. The management in this hotel are both rude and useless , along with the accounting staff at the front desk . I am still waiting on a response from the management .. and as such I wouldnt advise anyone to stay at this location .

Perfect hotel on Ko Phi Phi!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were extremely clean and in very good condition. You get free towels for the beach and free drinking water. We really enjoyed our stay at Erawan and would like to thank the staff for their hospitality and kindness. Highly recommended!

Great beach but hotel its not great

The beach is super calm. No people. If you want to get away from everything its a nice place. The staff is really nice is the best thing from the hotel.

The rooms are filthy , they dont dust properly. Pool looks to old. In the shower there was no warm water , I was sick and I got sicker

The beach, the water, the reef on the left of the hotel, great water and coral reef.

A little outdated, needs an upgrade but it was ok, food was good, you have other options on the beach but keep in mind you are 30 min by boat to Ton Sai so you are a little isolated. Ask for a room near the pool, the ones up on the hill are old and there are aggressive monkeys on the balcony.
