The Port Inn & Suites Kennebunk, Ascend Hotel Collection has a nice, comfortable, and clean room after being renovated. The staff's service was average and not exceptional. The breakfast offered no p (Read More)rotein options, so guests had to eat elsewhere. Additionally, the guests were surprised by a $20 charge on their credit card statement, which turned out to be a $10 daily resort fee that they were unaware of.

Nice place, pleasant staff

Nice location. Quiet, which was great. Nice space outside to walk the dog.

Breakfast so kind of lame, but did not stay for the breakfast part anyway.

This is the type of place where you keep your shoes on which is ironic because the whole room smelled like sweaty feet.

We enjoyed our stay. It met all our needs gof ine night. The nattress snd linens on the bed were i credibly comfortable.

The bed was amazingly comfortable!

There was nothing we disliked. We were there just one night.

Decent location.

Bad smell of disinfectant at reception. Room smelled very musty. Terrible breakfast with only dry muffins and bread for toast.

Very good

Nice motel with food facilities and would stay again.

Big comfortable beds and pillows. Full mini kitchenette with drinks maker so we could make a nice cup of tea (essential being English!) It was nice and clean and the shower was hot with plentiful towels even though we only stayed for 1 night. Easy to find and the included continental breakfast was all that we needed.

Bit awkward carrying suitcases up the stairs to the room - a lift would have been nice but it wouldn't stop us staying here again.
