Superb

Great place to stay for a family group, plenty of space! Views are excellent.

Location is convenient for walking to Petronas Towers and Suria shopping center. Even closer to subway/monorail, but we used Grab for traveling. They allowed us to leave luggage with the agent in lobby for a couple hours after check out.

AC unit was a bit noisy. Elevators on floors don't have indicator to tell where elevators are located and waits seemed long, especially not knowing what was happening. Avoid using at check out time.

great location but the property is a bit hit and miss

The Location of the property is excellent. Close to shopping, restaurants and transport (use the KL Rapid at Bukit Nanas to get almost anywhere - cheap and easy). The apartment we stayed in for most of our stay was spacious and comfortable, Netflix and youtube worked without fuss on the smartTV so we could keep up with news from home etc. The facilities of the property overall were good, pool, gym and restaurant. The host and assistants were courteous and responded to our requests in a timely and patient manner.

We ended up staying in 3 apartments. The first was ok but it wasn't cleaned well and the cupboards were full of someone else's luggage and personal possessions. The wifi was poor and the bed linen an ill fit for the bed - this was a common issue in all 3 apartments we occupied. The second apartment we stayed 1 night before requesting a move - the apartment backed onto the lifts - no sleep to be had as what sounded like a freight train roared through the walls every 10 mins. Note to all guests - ensure you're apartment doesn't back onto the lifts and they never stop. The 3rd and final apartment was quieter but the light in the bathroom didn't work and couldn't be fixed, the shower head wouldn't stay at a useable height - we bought taped and fixed it ourself after despairing that anyone else would do it. The cleaning crew could use some serious training on cleaning and making beds. They always came too late in the day and I had to redo the doona cover every time they changed it. The pool while awesome was always too busy with selfie fanatics and the gym, while well equipped was often overrun with children which was both dangerous and annoying.

Amazing hotel, dirty room.

Very good location. Middle of everywhere you need to go, only 15min walk each direction to attractions. Amazing pool. Amazing views.

It wasnt very clean. Room was run down and needs a renovation, couches need to be steam cleaned.
