Great location, friendly staff.

Great location, next to a pub but the room was quite quiet. Bed, pillows are so comfy. Shower room was great. Although, it was a small boutique hotel, they layouted it so well.

1. Just the unavoidable traffic around Chinatown area. 2. They could have included tea/coffee and some bread for breakfast.

Fantastic!

No breakfast included in our stay so cannot make review.. Loved the concept of this small hotel BUT as it is rainy season now (Dec/Jan)... being in a room with an "interior" bias was damp and there was no view of the sky! Some lovely design elements though and we loved peeing out on the balcony! Wishing Tian Jing the best and will stay again.

Superb

Great location, with a lot of food stalls and restaurants nearby in Chinatown. Also walkable to attrations like Pasar Seni, Masjid Jamek, Dataran Merdeka, etc. Noise wasn't an issue as the hotel kindly arranged a room in the centre of the building for us. Staff (especially the gentleman with beard) were very nice and helpful. Toiletries (e.g. toilet paper, tooth brush and tooth paste) were of good quality. Bedside USB sockets were very convenient.

Good location and value

Location: in the heart of Chinatown. Walking distance to patelling market, little India, colonial district and LRT/MRT stations. Could even walk to National Mosque, Islamic Art Museum and Butkit Bintang by Google Map or if you can find your way across the highway and Gombok River (but its fun and adventurous to navigate). Lots of Malaysian Chinese nearby. Love the one-of-the-kind BookXcess, must visit if youre curious. Room: one-of a-kind washroom/toilet, quiet, and comfortable bed. Cafe: good coffee and nice place to relax. Staff: helpful and courteous

Tasteful and delightful

A beautiful hotel done up tastefully; plants and decor. Friendly staff.

The bathroom is different and special as you can see in general photos. I didn't appreciate the wet floor after a shower but my friend didn't mind. The shower area should be farther from the toilet area, or have a small partition. NOTE: If you're given an upper floor room, roll down the blinds before taking a shower.
