Very nice staff, went out their way to give excellent service

The room was not made up one day, there was no free bottled water in the room, no refill of coffee when making up the room and the bar closed early unexpectedly one night.

Great place to stay in downtown Pittsburgh.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. Facilities were clean. Bed was comfortable. Great location right next to the concert venue.

Disappointing

Perfect location for the hockey game.

The hotel had no water from 4pm to 1am and weee only given a couple tiny water bottles. No USB charging points and staff were unhelpful trying to solve issues.

Great location. Nice staff. Need to fix their HVAC system!

Staff was great! Breakfast was very good--- make sure to get the fresh made omelette or eggs done the way you want

The AC does NOT work...room was extremely hot. Called to front desk...got some lame excuse. They told me to open a window..we were on the 16th floor and windows do not have screens in them.
