Pleasant

Very spacious room and friendly staff. Complimentary dinner and breakfast definite bonuses.

Breakfast was great and complimentary dinner was a nice treat after a long day. The food wasnt great, but obviously convenient and priced right:).

The room was outdated and housekeeping had to be called to change sheets and vacuum the pullout/living room. Old carpet and decor.

Will stay again and love to shop and visit Pittsburg.

I loved the evening meal that was put out, it was delicious. We had sliders, nachos, soup and mac and cheese. Breakfast was superb with waffles and scrambled eggs. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well without hearing everyone come and go from their rooms.

This is trivial but there was a huge 2 inch gap under the door and while we were going to sleep you could see light coming into the room. Nothing to ruin our trip, we loved everything else.

Location, cleanliness, breakfast....BUT, the staff of this hotel was fantastic! They all took time to speak to us any time we ran into any of them. I love talking to people so I loved how friendly they were.

Great room, great people, and great service.

The staff was amazing. Great service and friendly. They took the time to talk with you and make you feel appreciated, and this was all of them, not just a few. Breakfast was expected but the evening brought a free meal also. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed.

Free would be the only way to improve but then they would be out of business before I went back. They set a standard other hotels rarely achieve at this price level.
