The Hyatt Place Pasadena is centrally located and offers spacious and clean rooms. The free breakfast includes a variety of options and the seating area is comfortable. The hotel has a bar and shows (Read More)NFL playoffs. Nearby activities include museums, gardens, and restaurants. The staff is generally great, although there was a minor issue with one employee. The hotel is new and well-maintained, but there may be some noise from neighboring rooms. Self-parking is available at a reasonable price but breakfast options are limited and the price is higher than average.

Great place for a short term stay with family
Nice place. Rooms were clean and comfy. Kids loved as well the breakfasts included in our package. Great for family stay, this was evidenced by the number of families we saw in our short stay.

terrific, will stay here again next year for Rose Parade and game.
Fantastic location...could walk to everything. Also, breakfast was very good. Never felt like we needed to go anywhere else to have a good breakfast.

Except for the phone situation, everything was wonderful.
The fresh blueberries and strawberries were most delicious way to start our day!
The telephone in our room required pushing a button to talk that we could not see in order to answer the phone or make a call. When it was explained to us we looked carefully and with our elderly eyes, it was still hard to see and it is not intuitive. Normally, one just lifts the receiver to talk.

Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful. Location was great.
Bed was lumpy. Sink smelled moldy from hair build up. Sofa lumpy and poor set up to work. Lighting inadequate to work from sofa area.

Location, easy parking, great bed and air conditioning
Mirror was very hard to see in with such a large vanity in the way. A vanity mirror would have been an amazing touch for make up, shaving etc
